It's always nice to remind ourselves that clever people are trying to make our lives easier... you always think that progress is always slow, but progress it is...
 
This looks as good, if not a better idea than the smart insulin. great find and gives that little bit of light at the end of the tunnel. :) There really are a lot of science folk grafting out there, some one will get a nobel prize im sure if we get a major breakthrough i hope sometime soon.
 
Neat! Certainly a smaller form factor approach than the biomechanical artificial pancreas.
