Insulin pump bubbles in reservoir after several days

I'm currently due to go live with insulin in my insulin pump next Monday. Currently on saline solution and I'm not the best with the air bubbles. I managed to get a bubble free reservoir set up but when it came to set change day three days later there were a couple of large bubbles in there that look to have built up. What could cause this/any tips for avoiding this next time? Thanks

Always leave the insulin out of the fridge for 30min before filling the cartridge as this apparently makes less bubbles form.
Flick the cartridge with your finger to make sure all the bubbles (or at least all the big ones, sometimes you can't get every single one) go to the top. Then squirt them out!
Don't drop or shake the cartridge unnecessarily.

I had a bad day a while back due to air bubbles forming over the course of a couple of days. Unavoidable to some extent. I was high for a couple of hours (although by being careful I managed to stay in the 9's-10's with no insulin for hours, despite not knowing this was the problem). Hopefully you notice these things quickly and can fix before you get too high.

Thanks for the advice. Sounding like I'm not doing anything crazy wrong at the moment but hoping it gets a bit better with practice
