Hi everyone - we've just finished work on an Insulin Pump Eligibility Tool.

The tool allows you to determine your eligibility for an insulin pump on the NHS based on NICE criteria. If you qualify based on the criteria and are interested, you can then pass your details onto Medtronic who can then process this request for you.
The pump tool can be used on behalf of other people - e.g. by parents who are interested in pump therapy for their children.
