Hi, does anyone know if a tubeless 300 unit reservoir insulin pump exists, that is compatible with a CGM (Dexcom or Libre) and also can be used on an iPhone? That's what my son is looking for, but does it exist? I have researched, but it seems he may need to compromise on at least one aspect of what he wants, to get the required 300 unit capacity, to last 3 days. Help and advice very much welcomed, please.... Thank you.

I know very little about pumps, but Lyumjev does an U200 insulin, so double the amount of units for the same volume.
No need for a 3 ml reservoir to get 300 units in the pump.

As far as I am aware all of the Tubeless pumps that are available on the market currently only hold 200 units total. I think part of the reason is that to minimize the size of the pumps they don't make them hold as much insulin as what a Tubed pump would hold.

Unfortunately the U200 can't be given in an insulin pump (no idea why)

Some nhs will approve a 2 day change on tubeless pumps.. Otherwise no, there is not a 300u tubeless... I'm in the same situation as my pump change is due soon and want omnipod but use 90u a day.. So I can ask about 2 day change or double strength insulin... However I did quickly get used to a tubed pump when I got it
