Hi, I’ve been selected to get on an insulin pump as of Monday, I’m just wondering what type of pump I will be out on as well as the process that happens before I am left to use the pump myself as I believe on Monday it is a water start that was explained in the letter I received. I want to try and do a bit of research on the pump I am going to receive before I use it so I know as much as possible when I get it.

HI @Beery, If they have not told you which pump then you will find out on Monday.
As I understand , t in the UK there is usually more than one choice, but perhaps where you are there is not.
If you do have the name, brand, model (no serial numbers needed) of the pump, could you please post it.?
Otherwise if you let us know as soon as you find out, we can help with finding information and some may
have had personal experience with that pump and can pass it on to you.
