Anyone now how to work out your insulin ratios (basal / bolus)? Can't seem to get my novo rapid on point.

I'm afraid working out your insulin to carb ratio is really trial and error. And for some people the ratio changes depending on the time of day. Not to mention activity levels, hormone levels, illness, stress.
