Hi all,
Since the beginning of May I have been working out a lot more than normal, doing a 10min HIIT and 1hr Elliptical most days (occasional rest day) and I am finding all of a sudden that when I take my novorapid in the morning it’s not bringing my sugars down....only exercise will bring them down. I’m using the same ratio of insulin to carbs as I was before I was so active but it doesn’t touch my bgls! Anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance x
