Is it possible for some one to let me know if people with insulin resistance also suffer from extreme dry eye syndrome? Thanks

All I can say is that when my BG was high I always had dry itchy eyes to the extent that I was using drops constantly. Since sorting out my BG levels they are no longer dry and itchy. When I, however, push my levels to mid 8s my eyes become prickly even now. Interestingly I always had prickly eyes even as a child
