Hi,
Can anyone give advise on insult resistance please I have it quite badly...
 
Limiting the insulin response to foods by having fewer carbohydrates (in the main) can go some way to improving insulin resistance, this is with regard to Pre Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes. I do not have RH so members who have that condition are best placed to answer.
