At what point do people end up on insulin as a type 2? I just can't tolerate carbs to any significant degree. Each meal I have about 15g max and I teeter on the verge of ketosis just to stay with good levels. Going into ketosis is not an option. I don't just get keto 'flu anymore, I get keto Covid! I'm on metformin, Empagliflozin and Victoza (when you can get it)

Imho you need to ask doctor for a review of meds. If you've either been low carbing and/or losing weight and/or lowering bg, then it might be that old doses might just be too high for you now . It's recommended to anyone on flozins to reduce carbs slowly as there's a risk of dka. Read the leaflet that comes with it.
