Hi. I ate what turned out to be high sugar bread in the morning so by lunchtime my levels had risen to 14 mmol. I then injected 8u of humalog pre mixed insulin 75/25. It should be back down near normal this evening.

I ate bread roll I don't usually eat but this evening I was back to 5.2 level...
