Hi everyone
I am having problems understanding this insulin stuff.
so, whenever i take both Fisap and Tougeo i don't come down in sugar levels.
but, when i take Fiasp by itself i come down but of course since its a meal insulin i will go back up again after a few hours.
having asked the DN she told me to keep increasing and didn't answer my question. I am Type 2 so, i know its different
I also feel i am having some problems with my legs and i don't know if its nerve damage if theres is a way to diagnose that i will need to look into. i just have trouble with my legs and i click a lot and i feel some inflammation from walking and running i can no longer run since i straight away notice the problem. if it is nerve damage from diabetes then i can live with it since i have had many years of bad control.
I am trying my best to keep my levels down but i am failing my A1C has gone to 103... this is so bad. it is nice that the DN is calling me each week and that i have a oppointment booked with the specialist but it is so bad that i already am anticipating it will be all about INSULIN. i do hope my levels do improve but right now i am just in or around 14-18mmol fasting and in the 20s after meals.
whatever is going on i really hope to find a way to manage since i am starting to feel the side effects from the blood sugars.
and i am sure it will get much worse than just pain in my legs and fatigue and bad joint pain.
I don't know what to think.. i am just waiting for the endo appointment in few weeks time.
I hope everyone else is managing there diabetes and taking control.
