Interested to know how your cholesterol has responded to higher fat consumption

My LDL has gone up from 2 to 2.7,I was on LCHF up to 3 weeks ago,had to come off the high fat due to gall bladder problems.
My HDL is 1.7
Trigs 1.2.
HbAlc 46
Blood were taken last week
