Hi all. I just wanted to share an extract from a local TV show (Catalyst: ABC Australia) that aired late last year, and which originally got me interested in considering a low carb diet.

One of the things that I like about this program is that they do seek commentary from both sides of the debate, and most of the participants are doctors and sport medicine experts and scientists.

I thought that others here might be interested in viewing it, so I've re-encoded it to a more compact format (I originally just recorded it from TV) and uploaded it. Both of the links below are the SAME video, but the second one just has slightly higher quality audio/video. The second one is also an "mkv" format, which should play "as is" on most tablet devices, though you may need additional codecs installed to watch it on a PC. If you are in any doubt then please just download the "AVI" version in the first link, as it should play "as is" on just about any device.

Please see:

- AVI version (43MB): https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8u8gD1dtkapRHZVSFhySng2Znc/view?usp=sharing

OR

- MKV version (75MB): https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8u8gD1dtkapYVJQcTFYRjBfaWc/view?usp=sharing

You should be able to watch it online (in browser) from those links, but you can also to download a copy to your computer. The downloaded version should play with significantly better video quality - and also has the benefit of giving you copy to keep. :)

BTW. Sorry that I missed the first minute or so. I took me a minute to hit the record button. :)
