Guys am really new to this. I have type1 diabetes. Spent couple days in hospital just got out 2day. As of now I want to know. With level like 134 at 10pm, should I still take my insulin 10unit insulin injection, or that's ok and within range? And can sleep peacefully. I don't really want to be over using the insulin. Because am on a strict diet aswell. Help.
 
Basal insulin like Lantus,NPH, Levemir etc MUST be taken everyday regardless of your blood sugar. It is the only thing keeping you alive if you have type 1.
