Hello everyone!
My 6 year old son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes about 2 1/2 years ago. He has been a real trooper through it all, putting up with the sticking and probing and constant blood sugar monitoring without too much drama.
We're dosing him with Basaglar and Novolog insulin. He wears a Dexcom G6 monitor, and we're looking into getting a pump but are worried about how well it will hold up on an active young boy's body. The Dexcom does get ripped off sometimes during playtime...
