Hi i like introduce 5 years ago i been diegnosed chronic pancreatis through calcification of the pancreas been put on Creon enzyme fingers crossed so far so good since 2023 i started falling with dizzy speels a couple blackouts too . It was put down to tumour growning on my spine . i have a full blood cout each year no diabetes detacked . i got myself glucose meter last weak it was only 1.6 mmgl/l i felt so ill i always have low blood suger but never that low .
i read about diabetes 3C and i like to find out more about this as my GP not agree that the panceas can corse this problem .

I can’t comment on T3c as I’m T2, but that is an extremely low number - did you retest to check it was correct?
 
T2 here. BG at 1.6 mmol/l is extremely low and I'd expect to be feeling very ill at that sort of level. Individual results can sometimes be very wrong, though, and I always double check anything unusual, high and low.

If a pancreas loses function so that no insulin is being produced you would expect to see high blood glucose rather than low.
