Hi,
I'm 57, female from Kent.
I enjoy reading, music, walking, photography, computing.
I've not travelled a lot - Kenya, Italy, France, Florida (not Disney world!)
Love the south coast of England; Hampshire, Dorset, Cornwall and west cost of Scotland.
Worked in Education since leaving college and been a member of the same church for about 30 years... seen a few changes in both worlds!
I'm sure people don't really want to read a lot about me, so I hope I'll get to know a few ppl a little over coming weeks.
See you around!

Hi there,
I'm on site for the first time today having been newly diagnosed.
May I ask you a silly question ...?
Have you lost weight because of the diabetes (if so, why does this happen?) or is it because you are now eating differently - or is it both?
Hope you don't mind me asking....
Thanks

So what? Maybe he doesn't like the union jack being on his own flag. It's a silly question anyway. My favourite flag is the California state flag and I'm Canadian.

Hi guys

I'm fine with the Australian flag, no issues there, and no, I don't mind the union jack as that's part of our heritage. I'm married to an American and have loved their starts and stripes since I was a kid Since I'm moving there early next year, it will (in time) become my flag.

No worries

Mikie
