My news is that today I started a new insulin routine with new combination of basal insulin injection once each morning, and fast acting insulin injections ten mins before each meal. I can’t report how it’s going yet as this is my first day. But I am interested in what others have to say about this type of treatment.  Before this I was using Humulin twice a day until BG spikes became unmanageable, and Hypos were sometimes occuring. Im hoping this new combined medication improves the situation. Anybody have a similar story? I would appreciate your feedback. Thanks.</blockquote>
