Hi Sheila, was a bit hairy, but hopefully I learned something, not sure what as yet, but doubtless I will find out in time ;). I felt good on the Gliclazide, but after I had the last one, it occurred to me that my appetite was increasing and my weight had gone up by 2lbs. Niot a lot, but it had taken a while to get it down. Shortly after starting the Metformin, it had returned to what it was 10st 12 1/4lbs, possibly more to do with the rather unpleasant side effects I experienced. However, and even with some heavy exercise this week, it appears I first put on 2lbs, and then today lost 1lb which has taken me back to where I was. I didn't do any exercises yesterday because I was on the knitting machine and 480 plus rows is a lot of body work :). Good to know you've got your list already - I took one, and then forgot to look at it - typical ... Carol :D
