Was told I'm type 1 and was on insulin but since September 2014 not injected at all been managing diet control. Still very new to all of this and still sometimes ask "why me" always been slim and active, noticed I started drinking so much fizzy and was losing way to much weight to the point I looked ill. I hope by being on here I can make friends as I don't know anyone personally with diabetes. And I'm the first in the family to get it</p></blockquote><p></p>
