Hi Melissa I am also new to the site - but after 4 years now sorting my self out with low carbs and high fat diet. My chocolate cravings - well I deal with this by using fat bombs. Several types but like peppermint and chocolate - 125 g/4 5 oz coconut oil melted, 1 tbs sweetener (granulated stevia) or equivalent liquid stevia, 1/4 -1/2 tsp peppermint essence, 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Mix melted coconut oil with stevia & essence;put half the mixture into molds (ice cubes will do) and put in fridge for 15 mins. .Add the cocoa powder to the other half of the mixture, then pour onto the white layer which has set in the fridge. Pop back into fridge until set completely. Can drizzle with a little melted dark chocolate (70%+) if you want.. I keep these on hand for cravings and also helps keep my fats up. Recipe form the Ditch the carbs web site - lots of easy recipes like this around. Don't see why you couldn't substitute cocoa with very dark chocolate melted into the coconut oil mix. Will be trying seed crackers next! Good luck Veronica E-B
