Hi All
My name is Pete and I have type 2. I am on medication and diet. I am struggling a bit to keep my sugars low and to loose weight, however, I'm sure I have found the right place to get the answers I need. I am 60 years old and live in Southampton UK. I hope tis is enough info for the moment.

Hi Pete welcome to the forum I am also a type 2 and like you am on medication and diet. This place is a mine of information and you are sure to find out what you want to know. If there is some question that is not answered just ask and someone will know the answer.

Southampton? I'd hazard a guess you're not a Pompey supporter then :lol:
