Introduction

Hi Peter.

I'm a newbie too. Trying to get control of the numbers myself. Not sure how to start the discussion. I have removed all sugar containing foods and drinks from my diet and trying to keep the carbs down. Cut out 95% of bread too. Virtually no beer or other alcohol. Exercising almost daily, but not enough. My blood sugar levels are mainly within the Nice guidelines for type 2, but with some occasional spikes. I want to get as close to not being diabetic as is possible.
