I've used Inulin since 2015 march.
Lowers my BG
Keeps me from being hungry all day
I started when I was told my blood lipids were high to go on Stations.
I refused statins and decided on Inulin, which I'd known of prior, as good for its cholesterol lowering properties.
The pleasant surprise was to find out it helps to curb my appetite.
I add it to meals and coffee.
I used about 20g most days in the beginning.
Now I do a lot of fasting, I use much less overall of course.
It does not spike me. It lowers my BG instead.
I get mine on eBay. There's a guy who sells 1.8kg for £17.99 whenever I see he has it listed, I buy several. All the other sellers price gouge since Angela Rippon mentioned it in the BBC documentary.
