Iphone apps that allows different users/phones to access the logs?

Hi there,
Does anybody know if an app exists that I can use to input and log my BG test readings... But that my partner can also access on his own phone and see them?
It's just he works away and it would be a much easier way to keep him involved in my diabetes management instead of having to email them over etc... But I'm not sure such an app exists sadly!

Hi, what about the family sharing on I phone? You could input your readings in the calendar and you partner can see them?
