iPhone users - Libre 2 and iOS 26.5.2

Hi,

I updated my iPhone software to iOS 26.5.2 the other day and had no issues, until…

Applied a new sensor yesterday, and keep getting Signal Loss. Works when I manually scan but drops in no time and alarms therefore not reliable.

Called their helpline who told me it’s a known issue with this iOS update. The app isn’t working properly and they are working on an update for the app.

They are sending me a new sensor and a reader kit which will, apparently, scan the sensor and then update my phone until the app is fixed.

I had the same problem with my last sensor. Phone the Helpdesk. They will send you a new one.
 
I had the same problem. Switched off Bluetooth and then phone. Restarted phone after 5 minutes and then Bluetooth and then worked fine. I think there are some sensors that aren’t happy with the update but get in touch with Abbott and they will replace it. Hope this might help someone out.

I downloaded new IOS about 2 weeks ago fitted new sensors haven’t had any issues I’m using an Ipone 12 mini
