Can you break in half and take 5mg?
i was told NO (destroy the coating ) needs time to dissolve, you could ask your local pharmacist

10mg is a very small dose of Amitrptyline can be as high as 200mg
most common is 75mg for chronic pain control however to treat Depression can go as high 200mg
I take 1@50mg and 1@25mg together
I slept like a rock for 12 hours! I do recall a very vivid technicolured dream lol!
yes the only time you can escape from the pain (if you can sleep)
worried about all these pills, my hubby keeps saying look at all those pills yr like a junkie
It does seem a lot!
If you need them you take them
He soon get peeved off if you keep him up all night and because your
in pain also that you get all Mean and Twisty when in pain

I take over 50 pills a day so your still a novice :p

Drugs are alway a personal choice and your own quality of life

Sorry for what happened with your son

Co-Codamol?

Co-Codamol I,, Funny thing thats one i can Not take makes me sick as a dog

Your probably better off with Paracetamol for headaches

I know paracetamol is safe with Amitrptyline ,My pain clinic is always banging on about benefit taking paracetamol for background relief. on top of all the other stuff i take
I'm perscribed 4000mg Paracetamol and take it every day split 1000mg 4x day with meals

Golden rule always ask your GP or pharmacist for any Known interaction

Sciatica have you tried laying on your side in bed
and pulling your knees up so your in the fetal position or same thing but just the leg thats painful
Pysio told me that , some times this will help

for info
