Is it possible to go private?

Hi
My 4 year ld daughter is on a 3 year (possibly longer) waiting list for a pump. We are finding this very frustrating. Does anyone know if it is possible to go private and in which case where? I think that there is no problem in our area with funding for the actual pump but that it is the training that there is no funding for. Is anyone aware of any training courses for the pump that we can pay for?
Hope someone can help

Unnecessary rudeness, and any PC
It certainly sounds a very odd situation, given that the pump cost is around £3k, I can't imagine the cost of training being an issue to the PCT? But they do work in very strange ways sometimes! Input are certainly worth contacting (http://www.input.me.uk/). Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. I have been in touch with INPUT and they were extremely helpful. I now have a few leads.... although I suspect this isn't going to be easy. It does seem that the problem in this area (Lothians) is the very limited numbers of staff who can deliver the training. I will however contact the pump company also like you suggested.
Many thanks!
