Is it safe to stay in your 4s mmol

When you go into 4s mmol do you just keep a check on it so it dosent drop into your 3s or do you just carry on as normal?

I’m not familiar with whether your meds put you at risk of hypos. I take Rybelsus which doesn’t have a hypo risk and I regularly run in the fours and even dip into the upper 3s, I don’t worry or take any action to raise it, my liver will help me out if it thinks I’m too low.

Only if on a medication which can cause hypos.
