I have just found out that a family member has died and we have yet to break the news to my 80 year old mother who is type 2. This news is going to be a terrible shock to her and I know that she will be extremely upset. I have to go and break the news to her in the morning and I was going to buy done Kalms to help her through this difficult time. Has anybody else taken these? Will it have an effect on her blood sugar levels?

So sorry for your loss, breaking bad news to loved ones is never easy

The leaflet says to consult your GP first, have found the link to patient leaflet for you

If link doesn't work just google patient leaflet kalms and it will come up.

Maybe try rescue remedy, but you will need to check that too. Or it it may be worth getting in touch with her GP once you have broken the news to her , they may be able to prescribe something more suitable for your mum
