Just wondering if it's advisable to steer clear of a treatment I bought from Amazon called NaturalBio Ultra Neuropathy , it says on the back Diabetes side effects ...

Perhaps have a chat with your pharmacist. They'd be able to look at the ingredients online and make an educated guess, whereas, we'd only be making guesses.
 
Thank you , I think it's better to be safe than sorry. Stick to tried and tested rather than anything that looks too good to be true ...
