I have lost weight (10 kgs) feel good since starting Atkins in may 2012.now my weight has stopped for 2 months thats OK.im happy at 74 kgs.im 5.9....but this cholesterol 271 its very high....? why.
my breakfast 4 slices of bacon and a 2 egg cheese omelette cooked in the bacon fat with 5 slices of zuccini cooked in the bacon fat.coffee with cream
lunch.. Flax seed bread with butter and sugar free jam
dinner.. some meat with salad or cauliflower....
exercise 1.5 hours a day walking and 30 minutes in the gym.
drink 2 litres of water and 3 coffees with full cream a day.
so too worry about these numbers or not ??????????????????????????
