Last night the spike in BG was probably my fault due to what I ate! But this mornings spike was the highest it’s been in the morning for a while.

I didnt go out for a walk this morning due to the shocking UK weather! (It’s supposed be summer!) Maybe that had something to do with it I don’t know. But really had ENOUGH!!!
