I I easily eat 70 grams on most days when you add eggs, cheese, meat and veggies. I probable have days I don't but someday I go over. And if I crave red meat I always give in cus I know I don't eat a lot. A chicken breast is about 3oz and I eat 1/2 or 1/3 breast depending, beans 1/4 cup is 45 grams, eggs about 6grams per egg and I usually need 2. So I probably get it when you add my salad and smoothies. 1 cup of spinach has 30 grams so I get a little less than half there not to mention if I add chicken or eggs or cheese or obviously other veggies. I probably had about 75 gram today or more. I had a green smoothie for breakfast, salad with beans and chicken and a little cheese for lunch, and who knows for dinner.
