Hi, Until recently I had a run of good low readings (5, 6, 8 and 9)but for the past fortnight or so, the readings have jumped up ( high teens). I'm at a loss to understand why. Could the hot weather put my readings up?
I am experiencing the converse, that is, during the very hot weather my readings were lower than usual, but today was cooler and they have shot up.It could have done, Lynn. We all react differently to hot/cold weather.
Please do ensure you keep your fluid intake up, as dehydration definitely wouldn't help.
