Is there a low carb sweet fatty dessert that I can buy?

Most online recipes seem to miss out the butter.

I'm rubbish at forming the ball shapes so I've got some silicon ice cube moulds from Lakeland to try and preform them then pop them out when cold. Haven't had the chance to try yet, but will update later with the results.

A sachet of gelatin, a sachet of sugar free jelly, make up with just one pint of water, half hot to dissolve, leave a few minutes and keep stirring to make sure it is fully mixed, then add half a pint of cold water, leave to reach room temperature and whip in a carton 250mml of Greek yogurt, and I like to add in lemon juice or lime juice - if from an actual fruit, I give it a good wash in hot water and then take the zest off and add it into the mixture.
It is the sort of thing you can do when making a meal, and it can be tarted up to be special or eaten a couple of times a week.
I find that it doesn't affect my weight, unlike nuts, for instance, and I can eat it with berries if I feel like it.

Reminds me of the milk jelly I used to have as a kid.

I must try this out - variation in food keeps you from straying to the dark side.
