Hba1C is a measure of what your blood sugar has been for a long time. - (2-3 months ) So you can't make a direct match between one isolated number and the Hba1C .

The Hba1c is an average of sugar in glycated cells over the past 10-12 weeks or so. Your 1.3g/dl (do you mean 0.13?) is an instantaneous and one off reading. How you can convert that to a three monthly average has been a matter of debate for some time. Clearly it isn't possible to do that.

Even if you could use a meter to get a three monthly average then it would take an infinite number of instantaneous readings for the whole three months.

Yes, the HbA1c is a measure of the average amount of glucose in your blood over the previous 2 to 3 months.

Your one finger prick BS test is just what your blood glucose was at the time of the test. It could have been a lot higher after eating, or a lot lower when asleep, and bears no resemblance to the HbA1c. You simply cannot compare them.

I mean 130mg/dl 1.30g/dl

@hichamgsm

The chart you posted shows how an HbA1c can be converted to finger prick tests. Not the other way round.
Example - an HbA1c of 7% is the same as an average of 154mg/dl over a similar period (2 to 3 months), not just a one-off finger prick test.

First I want to thank you for your force help
OK I well keep this result 3 months than I will test Hba1c again

As others have said Hba1c measure your average sugar level over a period of three months. Any one sugar reading from your meter will not in itself be a predictor of Hba1c. Even in one individual level your glucose will flactuate with meals etc and so any one reading is unlikely to be your average level for that day.

If instead of just one reading 130mg/dl was an average of all your counts taken at different times of the day over a period of three months, then in theory it should correspond to an Hba1c of 6,15%. In practice it probably want.

Thete is little benefit in trying to predict Hba1c. Use it as periodic feedback after the event of how good your control has been over a three month period.

Concentrate on controlling glucose levels instead, particularly 2 hour post meal levels. Keep managing to keep those within 36 mg/dl of your pre meal counts and the rest will look after itself.
