I've eaten a low carb/ketogenic diet (usually under 50g carbs a day) for well over four years and I've never actually bothered much with "official" macros - and I think you may very well find that if you eat a limited range of carbs, then the percentage of protein and fat will vary anyway depending on an individuals size (height/weight), activity levels, etc. I simply check my glucose levels on a regualr basis and occasionally check my ketone levels. I know roughly from experience the number of carbs I'm having, I eat around the amount of protein I've always eaten and which is enough to keep my body maintained and mended, and add enough fats to help fill me up. And the state of my ketones varies depending on whether I'm simply burning dietary fuel or whether I also need to dip in to my body's stored fatty fuel deposits. Being keto/fat adapted is essentially the way our bodies are intended to work, they weren't designed to eat very high carb diets. But I get the feeling that ketogenic diets often gets turned into some weird sort of Keto cult! So just keep on doing what you're doing - your body appears to know better than someone else's opinion of what it needs to function correctly. You're a living human being not some piece of calibrated laboratory equipment, so another person's way of managing their diet may very well not suit your requirements. If you're producing ketones, have a steady and adequate flow of energy, mental clarity and your glucose levels are improving/stable - then you really don't need to worry too much about other people's opinions. (Including mine! :D)
