Hello, i was diagnosed type 2 at christmas, since then i have felt awful !! i ache every where, am so tired i could fall asleep standing up,,,,, and have no concentration at all. Is this it ?,,,, is this what i have to look forward to ? i feel like a 70 year old,,,, (i,m not by the way !)

Are you testing your blood glucose levels?
If you are running high figures you will feel like that.
Have you just started with some different medication, could that be affecting you?

If you give us a bit more information, along with what sort of things you eating, we may be able to help you feel better.

It will get better in time as you get it under control.

Hi, Yes it can feel as you have described, I was exactly the same .
You're not on your own, we are here to help and support you.
What meds have they started you with ?
Have you been referred to see a diabetic nurse/clinic ?
If you could let us know a little bit more, we can help and steer you with some tips, pointers, suggestions.
It is a shock, takes time to adjust, adapt, and begin to make sense of things....
After a bit if time it does get easier and you do then begin to find your way through the fog.
