Is this low carbing?

I think this extract encapsulates most of it for me:

Stedman Nutrition and Metabolism Center, and co-senior author of the study, published in Cell Metabolism.

Depends as well on what you term low carbing ? My take on it has been modified by myself and works very well for ME. I'm probably not what the purists would call a 'low carber.' I'll reserve judgement until the studies reach the human trials and conclusions.

A slightly flippant subject line perhaps, but the article content is better :D. I subscribe to various email newsletters, and this arrived with one. I was particularly interested because of the passing resemblance to certain aspects of the low carb diet, but not being an advocate of same, couldn't comment further :wink:.
