@from 123 - Hi. I have been on TRAMADOL for several years, but was 'weaned' of it 4 months ago. It was prescribed for severe pain for a back problem and I was also on PREGABALIN which is used for Neuropathic pain and was 'weaned' off that also 4 months ago.

Hi @frob 123. I've been prescribed Tramadol for quite a while now, for sciatica as well as other spinal related complications!
I think they're amazing & do what they're supposed to. And I've also not had any problems with my diabetes either
The only thing I have to watch is any potential interaction with my epilepsy as there can be problems there.
Having never had neuropathy I wouldn't know, but tramadol seems like rather an extreme route for pain relief of that scale? It's morphine based & usually prescribed for serious back problems (I get mine for crushed discs, sciatica & scoliosis)
