I had yogurt with strawberries.
I used Onken yogurt. I have now gone down to 7.1 4 hour after my meal.Hi there Usman - Which yoghurt did you have? Many of the flavoured, and low fat options are very sugary. Many T2s using yoghurt will have full fat Greek Style Yoghurt, as it is nice and creamy, and carries a modest carb content.

Onken Natural- I put a few spoonful in a plate with a bunch of fruit.Which one? Onken do quite a variety. Was it flavoured, or a natural option?
Like so many thing; the devil is in the detail.
I get much higher blood glucose readings from cowsmilk yog than from goatsmilk yog, even though the carb content is comparable.
Took a while but I eventually realised I am intolerant of cows milk.

I liked the yogurt, a few berries and strawberries.OK. That's a surprising rise, but personally, I wouldn't write it off in one fell swoop. I would try it one more time to confirm what happened.
Other factors can impact our blood sugars, so, provided you enjoyed the yog enough to try it again, I'd give it another go.
What sort of fruit did you have?
