And 2hr post prandial is below 6.6 mmol/l.Not a doctor, and I had to convert your measurements, but from what I can tell? You're fine. We get a liver dump of glucose in the morning to give us energy to start the day. Your numbers are normal, far as I can see.

I have heard of liver dumping blood glucose, but is it normal for it push the numbers in pre diabetic range for a non diabetic? And what happens to the fasting numbers in LADA?
There's more to diabetes (any kind) than a slightly elevated fasting blood glucose level. Diabetics can't, for different reasons, process carbs. We don't make enough insulin to deal with it, or we do but are resistant to it, either of which ends up elevating our bloodsugars to destructive levels after we ingest carbohydrates. If your levels after a meal are good, and they are, you're a-okay. Especially the pizza; most of us get really messed up over pizza! The slight, tiny, really insignificant rise you see is not coming directly from your food; it's coming from your liver. It can store or make glucose on its own, so it is no indication whatsoever of whether or not your body can process carbs. It's just giving you something to go on in the morning, trying to be nothing but a helpful liver. It's what it does, among other things, and nothing to worry about. I don't know if that explanation helps at all, but that's diabetes (1,2,3 Lada and Mody etc) in a nutshell.I read that fasting above 100 is pre diabetic that's what motivated me to check again. No symptoms though. My doctor isn't worried, he says that a1c and after meal is more important than fasting. I only got scared when I read about LADA.
There you have your answer.. exercise in the morning may well be the culprit as it is well know to raise blood sugar levels (especially if energetic). Try not exercising in the morning and do the evening instead and see if you get different results. You'll only need to try it for a few days to see what happens. Don't forget to test bloods after evening exercise too.which also includes an hour of exercise
