I've been going to gym for about 5 months now and about 2 months ago I started using PhD diet whey but didnt see any significant results with that so now switched to PhD pharma HD+ to help with my body building. I know its been a couple of months but is it safe using these products? Someone just told me that too much protein can actually harm my kidneys? could that really be a problem?
By the way I am 41 and normal built.
Any suggestions?
