I just worry as they form such a massive part of my vegetarian diet. I gave up white pasta in favour of red lentil pasta a year ago. I substitute rice with butternut squash spaghetti sometimes etc so I know there are adaptations I can make along the way. </p><p></p><p>I think I will be spending some time on the forum asking questions and getting advice while I sort this all out.</p><p></p><p>Thanks again for the response.
