I am 37 year old male. I am diabetic and maintaing my sugar levels through diet.
From past week I am experiencing strange needle prickling/stinging sensation on my left leg and back. It comes and goes away. I often get itching sensation all along my body. Is this something that I should be worried about or consult doctor immediately? Please suggest or share your thoughts.

My bloods havent settled mainly due to me still needing more weight loss but today I had hives all down the back of both legs so I think its could be a reaction to certain blood levels

Hiya, I suffer from this every now & again, my GP said it was due to my BS being so high. When BS is very high and know where to go it comes to the surface of the skin and causes the itching , I was prescribed cream and it helped. It sounds a bit random but hope this is of some help x

Thanks for your suggestion.
My Fasting sugar is 91 and Post parandial is 101. I'm on diet and exercise and do not take any medications for Diabetes.
The only medication I take is diataal d at night.
But it is still annoying that I get this needle pricky sensation, itching all over my body especially upper back.
My sugar values have never crossed the normal range.
I hope this is not some problems with Nervous system or kidney. Should I get any tests done?
Any suggestions please?
