Itchy Feet when standing a short time

HI everyone,

I've been having really itchy feet when standing for short periods of time. Could this be related to Diabetes? What do I need to do?

Edit: The itchiness is on the top of the feet and around the ankles.

Hi
This could be due to poor diabetes management. How is ur BG control??? Last HbA1c???Dont neglect foot care. If this persists, go to ur doctor.

Hi Debbiiee, My last HBA1C was May 30 2014, and was 40 mmol/mol.
As of last Friday the doctor has completely stopped Gliclazide, with a plan to stop the Metformin in the near future.
My daily average has been around 6.0 mmol/L.
I'm due to see the Dr in two weeks for a re-check.

Thats great control. It may be due to other reasons too. But keep ur BGs in range. Hope ur problem will get resolved soon.
