Itchy Feet

No I am not leaving Town!
Actually I am having nightmares with itchy feet, no rash or redness, no spots or cracks, just itchy skin.
My chiropodist suggested Doublebase cream which gives short term relief as does a good scratch.
What I need to know is it a side effect of type 2 diabetes and has any other member had the same problem?
By the way I have not changed my washing powder in case you ask

Hiya, some meds can cause it, also if your blood sugar levels are running high 'yep' you can get itchy skin. I too have suffered with this and did think it was JUST me, till I mentioned it whilst up at the hospital one morning. Hope this helps? Anna.x
