It's a Puzzle

Great, I'll swap you a jar of goose fat if you swap me your tips for remission
I do believe postage to the Netherlands would be a bit dear. But what worked for me is right here: https://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/blog-entry/the-nutritional-thingy.2330/ I started out on medication and was miserable with the side effects, went looking for an alternative and found low carb/high fat. Then Keto and IF. I don't get out much during the week, but I walk a lot over the weekend, usually with camera gear. The diet made all the difference in the world; I couldn't walk a quarter of a km when I was diagnosed. (Actually, sometimes I'd fall flat on my face at home because my legs would give out). It does get better! Especially with those jars of fat you've got there.

Thanks for the info, I have checked it out. Hope the other two enjoyed their chicken thighs. I had port steak, (done in the oven with butter) broccoli and cauliflower florets and a fingerful of carrot and swede with pretty acceptable blood results. Will keep looking for patterns but hopefully this was a one off Cheers.
